The rules for using Zairoo.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Zairoo (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Who can use Zairoo

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Zairoo. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the email, username and password you provide.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done with your account.
• Do not impersonate another person or use a username you have no right to use.
• One person should use one account; do not share accounts.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Zairoo to:

• break any law, or encourage others to;
• harass, threaten, abuse or harm anyone;
• post content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes someone else's rights;
• spam, or send bulk or automated messages;
• attempt to access accounts, data or systems that are not yours;
• upload malware, or interfere with the normal working of the Service.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the messages, profile text and pictures you post. You give Zairoo permission to store and display that content only as needed to run the Service (for example, to deliver your messages to the person you are talking to). You are responsible for the content you send.

6. Availability and changes

Zairoo is provided as-is and free of charge. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, and we do not promise that it will always be available or error-free.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these Terms. You may stop using Zairoo at any time; you can ask us to delete your account.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Zairoo is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data or messages, arising from your use of the Service. You use the Service at your own risk.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top will change, and continued use of Zairoo means you accept the updated Terms.
